3-Step St. Patrick's Day Candy Bark

It's SO easy to make!

Leprechaun Bark

Somehow it's already March, which means...

...St. Patrick's Day is almost here!

I don't know about you, but I love finding little ways to celebrate each and every holiday. Oftentimes, those celebrations involve candy (because candy is HAPPY).

The thing is, as much as I would love to go all-out for every holiday, I don't always have time.

And that's why this quick, easy DIY treat is the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!

3-Step Candy Bark is exactly what it sounds like: a candy-coated treat that you can make with only a few ingredients...and in only three steps.

It’s perfect for sharing (how about adding it to a St. Patty’s Day gift bag for the kids in your life?) or for keeping all to yourself. It's also just downright fun to make––you get to pick your favorite candies and scatter them all over a creamy chocolate canvas. It's like making (delicious) art.

So, without further ado, here's what you'll need:

🍀 A few bags of chocolate chips (one bag will make about 15 nicely-sized pieces)

🍀 Parchment paper

🍀 A microwave and a microwave-safe bowl, or a double boiler

🍀 Candy!

And here's how to make it

1. Melt your chocolate chips––either in the microwave or on the stovetop double boiler.

2. Spread your melted chocolate on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Add CANDY to your heart's content.

And that's it. Really!

If you want your chocolate to set up more quickly, put it in the fridge for an hour (or you can leave it in overnight). You'll also want to make sure that you act quickly once your chocolate is melted––you don't want it hardening before you can add all of the candy goodness!

So, at this point, the only thing standing between you and this seriously-addictive St. Paddy's Day treat...is that you probably don't have the candy yet!
