The cupcakes themselves were good, however I put a request for a specific arrangement of cupcakes like the website says to do and ultimately I did not receive those ones. I called prior to placing an online order and the person I spoke to said it was just as well to use the online ordering function. The website did not give any indiciation about how early in advance to place an order so after placing my order I tried to call on two different days to talk to someone etc. and both times were unsuccessful as the person told me they didn’t know anything about the bakery stuff so to call back. I called one last time on the day of the party in question and got no answer, but a friend of mine called on my behalf and was told that they could have them ready in 15 minutes, so she was able to pick them up and brought them to the party for us, only to find that they were not what I had ordered. I was really hoping it would have been a better experience but I would probably do business again just maybe in person next time as opposed to using online ordering.
I am so very sorry. We could have easily created other flaovrs anytime.
There is a large segment of the crew who is new - however that does not explain why they did not call or text me with your questions.
Or at least take a message! Geez.
It's enough to make me want to cry when they can't be bothered to help you. This is the first I am hearing about it. I sincerely appreciate you writing to me so I know.
Next time please ask for Tracy or Alicia and leave a message.
I will speak to all of them to ensure this does not happen again.
