How to Build the Perfect Easter Basket

If you haven't started planning yet...there's no time to waste!

It may seem hard to believe, but Easter is only two weeks away.

The bunny will be here before you know it...and, for many of us, that means it's time to stock up on happy gifts and sweet treats.

So, this year, we've made a list of tips, treats and other fun stuff to help you create the perfect Easter basket. For your kids––or for anyone in your life. There's no reason adults can't join in on the fun!

Easter Basket Ideas For Kids

1. Stick to a theme

Are there any kids on your list who are absolutely obsessed with something (like a TV show, a character, or a hobby)? Try a themed basket! Buy toys and treats that tie into the recipient's favorite thing.

2. Fill their eggs with unique candy

You've probably filled plastic eggs with jelly beans, robin's eggs, and foiled chocolates––which, by the way, are all great options. But what if you tried something different? We have some unique candy options that kids are sure to love (and you can buy them in bulk)!

Try these Gummy Carrots

or these Gummy Bunnies

or  these Gummy Butterflies!

3. Give them something with a surprise inside

There's nothing better than a surprise within a surprise!

Try this Chocolate Unicorn Egg,

or this Chocolate Dinosaur Egg.

They're both filled with fun candy!

3. Buy a pre-made kit

Why stress over basket stuffers when you can have someone else do the work for you?

This Easter Bunny Kit  has everything you need (and more) to create the perfect basket. Just get one for each child––and you're done! It even comes with a personal letter from the Easter Bunny.

Easter Basket Ideas for Adults

1. Think outside of the basket

Everyone deserves a treat on Easter! For an adult, try swapping a traditional basket with something they can reuse. Then fill it with things like gift cards, small gifts, and, of course, sweets.

For an Easter treat that adults will love, try a Cadbury Creme Egg

or these Spring-Themed White Chocolate Pretzels!

2. Give the gift of nostalgia

You don't have to stick to Easter-themed treats. Try filling a basket with retro candy! Check out some of our retro candy options. They're sure to make someone smile.

3. Try something different

Is there someone in your life who can never join in on the fun because of dietary restrictions?

Check out this Moo Free Easter Egg from the UK! It's completely free of soy and dairy.

Now it's time to start building! Do you have any fun Easter basket ideas? We'd love to hear them in the comments!
